I, Crisanne Galaske, offer engaging educational classes for children and teens focused on social-emotional learning, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, executive functioning, and ADHD-friendly learning strategies, and Brazilian Portuguese.

I teach classes that foster confidence, resilience, self-discovery, organization, focus, communication, and healthy habits. I help children and teens build confidence, improve focus, strengthen executive functioning skills, and develop emotional intelligence in a positive, supportive learning environment. My classes are especially beneficial for students with ADHD, attention challenges, executive functioning difficulties, and homeschool families seeking meaningful enrichment. Students learn practical skills for organization, study habits, self-awareness, communication, decision-making, emotional regulation, and independent learning that support success in school and in life. I am the author of three books published on Amazon in English and Portuguese, including Who Am I Really?, which helps children discover their identity, strengths, and purpose while developing emotional intelligence and resilience. In addition to executive functioning and personal development classes, as a native Brazilian, I also help students develop language skills while exploring Brazilian culture through interactive, age-appropriate lessons. I offer Brazilian Portuguese classes with a native speaker, helping students learn the language while exploring Brazilian culture through engaging, interactive lessons. I'm a ADHD coach, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, postgraduate specializations in Homeopathy and Industrial Pharmacy, and have more than 18 years of experience as a Holistic Wellness Educator working with children, teens, adults, and families. My teaching approach is structured, encouraging, and personalized, helping every student feel capable, understood, and inspired to reach their full potential.
