FES-UA Level 4 (ESE 254) award amounts range from approximately $21,500 to $25,700 depending on county. FES-UA Level 5 (ESE 255) award amounts range from approximately $34,700 to $39,300 depending on county.

FES-UA covers all PEP-eligible expenses plus: speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, counseling, physical therapy, music and art therapy, specialized services, and horse therapy at PATH-certified centers.

Vendors in the directory are either Step Up For Students approved EMA marketplace vendors or providers who have otherwise established eligibility to receive scholarship payments directly or through reimbursement. Florida Education Vendors does not independently verify Step Up eligibility -- families are encouraged to confirm vendor eligibility in the official EMA portal before making purchases.

Vendors appear in the directory through two pathways:

• Unclaimed listings: Florida Education Vendors identifies eligible vendors from publicly available sources and creates listings on their behalf. These vendors have not yet claimed or verified their listing.
• Claimed listings: Vendors who have created accounts and verified ownership of their listing. Claimed vendors can update their information, add photos, respond to reviews, and upgrade their plan for enhanced visibility.

Vendor tiers:

• Free: Basic listing with name, logo, description, category, location, and contact information
• Standard ($39/month): About 6 photos, more videos, views, saves, and clicks analytics, a light offerings section, and increased search visibility
