We provide private and group classes for yoga, meditation, Sanskrit language & dance.
Children 2 and up can attend classes geared to their age group. Garnet Heart Yoga Teacher training courses are certified internationally with Yoga Alliance. Our professor, Danielle Vardakas, has guided over 65 cohorts to becoming successful yoga teachers. Teens are welcome to apply and utilize their scholarship to start their teaching career!
