JonWard Studios develops educational mobile apps for students, parents, homeschool families, and independent learners.

Our primary focus is iPhone and iPad applications, with Android apps and downloadable software developed when appropriate. Our apps address practical learning and family needs such as focused study time, independent learning, daily routines, life skills, creativity, and intentional technology use. Our first app is Fast From, which helps people create planned periods away from selected apps and digital distractions. Users choose the apps and duration, begin the fast, and regain access automatically when each timer ends. To support accountability and prevent impulsive ending of a fast, users can optionally set an accountability passcode that is required to lock the fast once it begins. Students and families can use Fast From to reserve time for lessons, reading, writing, projects, test preparation, creative activities, and other priorities. JonWard Studios plans to develop additional educational, life-skills, study, creativity, accessibility, and family-learning apps. Each product will provide a focused experience designed around a specific need.
