We offer both virtual mental health therapy and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy to individuals struggling with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, OCD, processing trauma, building confidence/self-esteem, and more.
I have over 5 years of experience working with these populations and providing mental health support. I work with children as young as 4 years old and through adulthood. I also offer same week scheduling as long as availability permits.
