We are a gym located in Milton, FL whose client base is youth athletes.
Coach Andy Dalgleish has been working with youth athletes for 10+ years. We offer hour-long classes that include warm up, speed/agility, and strength training. We have dedicated homeschool times and classes are offered M-F. We work with ages 7 and up and also with kids on every skill level.
