After over 15 years serving elementary, middle and high school public schools as both a teacher and curriculum specialist, I now work one-on-one with homeschool families statewide by video. After my own family accepted the FES-UA scholarship for my sister starting in 2021, I began vetting and compiling every available curriculum for homeschool families. I hold active Florida certificate #1301675 and I am an approved Step Up For Students Choice Navigator listed in the EMA marketplace, so eligible PEP and FES-UA families can reserve scholarship funds for my services through direct pay. Most pay little or nothing out of pocket. For PEP families, I recommend curriculum matched to your student in every core subject, kindergarten through 12th grade, and walk you through purchasing so you only buy what your program covers. For FES-UA families, my recommendations account for your child's learning profile, including dyslexia, ADHD, autism, dyscalculia, and other learning differences. I also provide the annual FS 1002.41 evaluation Florida requires for registered home education students ($50), which FES-UA home education families can pay with scholarship funds, plus part-time tutoring: K-8 in all subjects, and Civics, Government, and Social Studies for grades 9-12. I was rated as a Florida High Impact Teacher for Math and I was in the top 10% of all Lee County Teachers for student outcomes. I don't sell curriculum and I take no publisher commissions. My job is matching curriculum to your student and to how your family actually homeschools. PEP and FES-UA run on different rules, so every answer I give is scoped to your specific program.
