NeuroNavigate provides neuroaffirming, consultative behavior-analytic services for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD children, teens, and adults, and for the families who support them.

Services are delivered by Heather Morgan Pile, MS, BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and approved Step Up For Students provider under Specialized Services (ABA), Level 1. That is the credential tier for a BCBA practicing independently, which means the person who completes the assessment is the same person who builds the plan and works with your family. Not a technician working from someone else's instructions. This is not the intensive agency model. No twenty or forty hour weeks, no rotating staff in your home, and no programming built around compliance. Stimming, scripting, movement, and AAC are treated as communication and regulation, never as behaviors to be reduced. The approach is assent-based throughout. The work is consultative and caregiver-mediated. We assess what is actually happening, build strategies that fit how your family genuinely lives, and then teach you to use them, because you are the one there at 6pm on a Tuesday. Because the model is consultative rather than intensive, scholarship funds go considerably further than they would against an agency hour count. Common reasons families reach out: school refusal, morning and transition struggles, meltdowns and shutdowns, executive function and organization, self-advocacy, sensory and environmental fit, homework battles, IEP and accommodation planning, and transition to adulthood. Available in person in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas, and online throughout Florida. Direct pay through Step Up For Students accepted.
