The short answer: Two sister studios in Winter Garden, Shine Bright Performing Arts and Westrick Vocal Studio, cover theatre, voice, piano, acting, and dance under one roof, both accepting PEP and FES-UA funds. Between them they give Orlando-area scholarship families a real, nearby option rather than a scattered search, and both serve the wider Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, and Clermont area.
Shine Bright Performing Arts: youth theatre
Shine Bright Performing Arts runs youth theatre programs in an intimate black box theatre, from group classes to full stage productions. It is a strong fit for students who want to build confidence on stage, whether they are just starting out or already have some performance experience.
Westrick Vocal Studio: private voice, piano, acting, and dance
Westrick Vocal Studio shares the same Winter Garden building and focuses on private coaching in voice, piano, acting, and dance. Several instructors are working performers themselves, currently on stage at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, with training ranging from a BFA in Musical Theatre to a Master of Music in Voice Pedagogy. The studio also rents out practice rooms, a podcast room, and a rehearsal space for families who want a dedicated place to work outside of scheduled lessons.
What areas do these studios serve?
Both studios serve Winter Garden and the surrounding areas, including Ocoee, Windermere, and Clermont, so families across the western side of Orlando Metro have a realistic option nearby.
What to check when comparing arts and music vendors
When you are comparing arts and music vendors on your own, a few things are worth checking before you commit: does the vendor clearly state they accept PEP or FES-UA, do they list a real service area rather than just "statewide," and can you find recent reviews from other scholarship families. Shine Bright and Westrick check all three.
